Happy h**p day everyone! 🐪 hit a chest and arm workout today and the pump was real. while training arms i like to focus on keeping intensity as high as possible with shorter rest times to get as much blood flow into the working muscles as possible. i also loooove hitting drop sets towards the end of the workout, taking the muscle to failure on each set. for biceps i finished off with cross-body hammer curls going from 45’s➡️35’s➡️25’s and those 25’s felt grueling. it’s important on drop sets though to really push yourself to that point of failure if you want to cause that muscle to break down so you can grow. hope y’all crushed your workouts today!
