Made a pretty fine-apple 🍍breakfast today! i quickly whipped together some pineapple macadamia baked oats for a dish that’s both fresh and cozy, and had plain @siggisdairy
with raspberries on the side. 🥣while eating this, i added some spoonfuls of yogurt to the oats for extra creaminess and it was delicious!
here’s how to make the oats:
preheat oven (i used a toaster oven) to 350 f. lightly oil an oven safe bowl. in a mixing bowl, mix ½ cup oats, ½ cup milk (i used oat milk), ½ mashed ripe banana, 1 tsp vanilla, a few tablespoons of shredded coconut, dash of cinnamon, ½ tsp baking powder, and some macadamia nuts. add this to the oven safe bowl, then add a pineapple ring on top. you can also mix in pineapple chunks if you don’t have a ring. decorate the top with macadamia nuts if you wish, then bake for 25-30 minutes until the top of the oats are golden brown. let cool and enjoy! #dailysiggis
