So i’ve been doing the keto thing for a while now and here are a few of my takeaways.
1) joint pain. i’ve suffered from bad inflammation in my joints in the past. when i started eating like this, it didn’t happen right away but soon after my joints are feeling a lot better.
2) less hungry. obviously this one come as no surprise because of the amount of f*t i’m eating. my calories aren’t any higher before, just the f*t is taking longer to digest. *
3) more energy. this kind of goes along with number two. since i’m constantly digesting fat, using it as energy, i’m rarely running out of it like you one once you ran out of carbs.
