✨For breakfast I had a protein apple crumble because there’s nothing better than a warm hearty meal! ✨ For the crumble I used 30g barley flakes mixed with 1 scoop of @myproteinuk vanilla soy isolate, 1tsp of coconut oil, 1tbsp of agave nectar ✨ For the apple base; on the stove mix together 180g apple, 80ml almond milk, 1tsp of agave nectar, squeeze of a lemon and cinnamon untill the apples soften ✨ Then place the apple mixture in a baking dish, top with the crumble mix and bake for 15-20 mins. ✨ 58C / 7F / 28P

2 tbsp oil for frying (I used bacon grease)
Seasonings of your choice (I used salt & pepper)

1. Heat oil in a frying pan on medium. 
3. Grate radishes or put them in a food processor to make the texture like hash browns.
4. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and then pan fry until brown on both sides.

_________________________________________________ ➡  eine Knoblauchzehe und eine Rote Zwiebel anbraten, ➡ 20g Tomatenmark dazugeben und anrösten, ➡ eine Dose gehackte Tomaten (400g) und ~200g halbierte Cherry Tomaten dazugeben, ➡ ~100ml Wasser sowie Cleane Gemüsebrühe von @spice_bar, ➡ mit Thürkisches Brathähnchen und Cayenne Pfeffer von @spice_bar und ggf Salz würzen, ➡ paar Spritzer Zitronensaft und frische Petersilie und alles köcheln lassen, bis es gut etwas eingedickt ist, ➡ eine Dose abgespülte Kichererbsen (240g) dazugeben, ➡ mit Cheddar bestreuen und bei 200° Umluft backen. ➡ 150g Dinkelmehl und etwas Salz vermischen,

So many people think they'll be happier if they just lose those 5-10 pounds, have visible abs or fit into their skinny jeans.

Later today I’m getting a body scan that uses DXA technology and is supposed to be able to measure my body fat with less than a 1.5% error. I don’t do these regularly because to be perfectly honest my body fat % doesn’t matter to me. My relationship with food and ability to eat in a way that serves my training is most important. I’m still very curious to see the results and compare them with my last scan in 2016. Any guess what you think I’ll be? 😆

Candy corn... you already ruin one holiday, can’t you just stay the hell away from Christmas? 🤦🏻‍♂️ I know some people looove peanuts and candy corn together but I’m not feeling it and this new Mischief Munch. The candy corn is flavorless (garbage flavor) and the rest of the mix is less inspired than Rudolph’s Mix (this one has M&M’s, peanuts, “meh” confetti cookies, white choc almonds and choc covered pretzel balls). I literally picked out all the candy corn, trashed it, and then combined everything remaining with the small amount of Rudolph’s Mix I hadn’t polished off yet to yield Picture Two which I’m affectionately calling the “Fat Sack of Shit Mix.” STICK WITH RUDOLPH’S MIX.

Cinnamon Pumpkin Protein Muffins with Vanilla Cream Filling! 🧁

Ingredients for Muffins:
1/2 c Cellucor Cinnamon Swirl Whey
1/2 c Oat Flour
1 tsp Pumpkin Spice
1/2 tsp (of each) Baking Powder, Cinnamon, & Baking Powder
3 pinches of Sea Salt
1 c Pumpkin Purée
2 Eggs
1/2 c Almond Milk (I use reduced sugar Vanilla)
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 tsp Stevia
.
Ingredients for Vanilla Cream Filling:
1/4 c fat free Cream Cheese
1 tbsp fat free Vanilla Pudding
1 tbsp Almond Milk (I use same as above)
2 packets of Stevia
3 drops of Vanilla Extract 
Dash of Cinnamon
.
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350♨️
Mix all ingredients for filling and set aside.
Next, in one bowl combine all dry ingredients for muffins (minus stevia). In separate bowl mix all wet ingredients (plus stevia). Then combine wet & dry ingredients.
Use half the batter to fill muffin tins & add dabs of Vanilla Cream Filling to the center of the muffin (or save a bit to swirl on top like second pic). Then add the rest of the muffin mix to cover the filling & fill the tin.
Last bake for 15-18 minutes & enjoy! I suggest these hot! They're amazing!

🙌Sushi is great but in my experience it’s also very easy to overeat especially when it comes round on a conveyor belt. The plates can pile up real quick.

😎 I’ve created a little infographic with a spectrum of foods divided into fat loss and muscle gain (indicating how calorific they are) to help you plan and manage your meals better when you do go and eat Sushi. .
The order of foods from least calories to highest calories goes like this per piece:

✨SALADA DE MACARRÃO✨

Pensem numa receita que eu tô viciada e querendo fazer todo dia! Geralmente faço no jantar, especialmente porque essa refeição costuma ser meu pós-treino, quando é recomendado a maior ingestão proteica e de carboidratos de absorção rápida. Também é ótima pra levar em marmita, porque não precisa esquentar. Fiz com 50g de macarrão e rendeu um bowl grandinho cheio, fiquei super satisfeita. Anota:
▪️Ingredientes:
- macarrão integral
- atum ou tiras de frango
- brócolis - cenoura ralada - milho - azeitonas - salsa e cebolinha
- 2 csopa de requeijão (usei o Danubio Zero, mas pode ser o requeijão normal, creme de ricota, cream cheese, algum molho pra salada a base de iogurte, fica a seu critério)
▪️Modo de fazer:
- cozinhe o macarrão até ficar ao dente, importante não deixar ficar mole demais pra essa receita. Após cozido, molhe em água fria para parar o cozimento, escorra e leve para geladeira.
- Cozinhe o brócolis, após cozido deixe picadinho e leve para geladeira.
- Após os dois ingredientes que precisam de cozimento estarem frios, é só misturá-los, adicionar o restante dos ingredientes num bowl e ser feliz!!! .
❗️ Não coloquei quantidades porque dá certo com qualquer uma! Adapte a sua fome no momento e seu paladar (mas só de curiosidade, usei 50g de macarrão pesado cru e rendeu bastante, fiquei BEM satisfeita).
❗️Passa pro lado pra ver o macarrão que eu uso com tabela nutricional e ingredientes. Pra quem for de Salvador, comprei ele na Perini e já vi na Mundo Verde. Custou R$ 19,90. Não é barato pra um pacote de macarrão, mas considerando que lá em casa só eu consumo ele por causa da dieta, não como todo dia e quando como é aos pouquinhos (50 a 70g no máximo por vez), um pacote dura bastante e acaba valendo a pena o preço. Ainda tô com carbo meio baixo pra conseguir encaixar o macarrão comum 🙁Essa marca tem vários sabores, já provei o de alho, espinafre e chia (que custou R$ 14,00) e também tem o de manjericão, o de banana verde, algum dia experimento todos hahaha e olhem esses ingredientes, do bem demais 😍😍😍
