If someone's actually reading the captions - i was thinking today's evening. i was thinking whether i should search for some support via internet or asking my firends just because i was feeling quite miserable, to be honest. but you know what, the best you can do in such situations is to let those feelings pass and almost mechanically turn yourself into a better mood (positive affirmations maybe?). i mean, of course it sounds a bit dumb. why would you change your mood just like a robot when you are feeling down? isn't it like you have a right to feel it? the hard truth is no, you don't. you only have a right to feel good, my dear friend. don't drown in sadness or depression just because some bad factors had have an influence on you. why would you give the others the power to occur on your well being? don't be your enemy even if they are. do smth that your best friend would do. help yourself just as you were someone else. mechanically turn your mood into a better state. love yourself. love the world.
