last week i was asked what kept me motivated everyday... that was a tough one since last week was so rough for me in terms of motivation. i had to really think about what kept me motivated, look within and dig deep and remember why i want my goals so bad. motivation comes and goes, we all know that. what keeps us going is consistency. .
here were some of my tips and tricks to "what keeps me motivated" and consistent: 🦄 i pick an exercise program to complete from beginning to end and try to get into the vip coach test group to get that added support and energy 🦄 i stay accountable to my team in my challenge groups and post my shakeology and workouts daily. i love that feeling of checking off a task done. 🦄 i'm a coach!!! believe it or not being responsible for other people's success give you a good kick in the pants when you are not feeling it. i think of my challengers and think of what kind of leader i want and need to be for each one of them. 🦄 i stay real with myself and my team. i ask and reach out for help. 🦄 i drink my energy c***k 😝! it really helps when i'm feeling tired haha 🦄 i get back up on my feet as soon as possible whenever i do miss a day or 2. 🦄 i also create rules and boundaries of when it's acceptable for me to not workout (like being sick, working a 12+ hour day, ... that's really the only time i allow myself to not workout) any other excuses are excuses and are not valid to not work on my goals. i decide before starting a program what i'll allow or not allow for myself, because in the moment of feeling tired and defeated my tendency is to give up. so decide before those moments happen what you will do. it will save you the agony of choosing right daily.
