GIRELLE CON CREMA E UVETTA più buone di quelle della pasticceria 😋😋😋 deliziose  morbide e gustosissime che mi ricordano molto la mia infanzia, infatti quando andavo in pasticceria a fare colazione prendevo sempre queste brioche erano morbide e gustose e molto profumate. Ho voluto provare a farle e sono ritornata indietro di molti anni, soffici buon e gustose, vi consiglio di provarle anche se non sono molto veloci da fare in quanto sono di pasta lievitata e dovrete dare il tempo al composto di lievitare per essere soffice.

4 ovos

The other day I was thinking back to where this whole health journey started for me. It was about 6-7 years ago, and at the time I had absolutely no idea what I was doing in the kitchen. One of the first meals I started to make was a quinoa bowl with chopped raw vegetables + fresh herbs, olive oil + lemon. I would pack this to work almost every single day because it was just so easy! I remember how in awe my coworkers were haha - health + nutrition was so different back then. To this day, this is still one of my go-to meals + something I recommend to my clients for an easy starting place! You can always switch it up with different veggies + herbs, and pair with a different protein (my go-to is usually a hard-boiled egg or canned tuna, but it would go well with chicken or chickpeas I think!).
