The idea that you can become your own healer is not very widely understood or believed in these days. western medicine has put this dogma in everyone’s mind that medicine is the best thing to heal ailments but in reality almost 90% of disease can be healed through diet and lifestyle and when you take the time to treat your body like the temple it is, it will heal itself.
in an overcomplicated society, simple gets overlooked. go back to the basics. your body relies on the four elements for survival. water = liquid = hydration. fire = sunlight = energy. air = oxygen = breath. earth = food = nourishment. the best way to connect yourself to the four elements is to immerse yourself in nature. be fully present. get fresh air, meditate outside, eat nourishing plant foods in the sunlight.
society loves to overcomplicate everything that revolves around health and wellness but it’s really very simple. going back to the basics and being one with nature, as life intended us to be, is the best thing you can ever do for your health, mentally and physically. 🌿
