From February 26 until today April 16 I lost 34 pounds, at the beginning I followed my macronutrients in one application.
Today I am close to two months of having changed my life and I am very happy with the results. 💯 If you don't know how to start ketodiet properly or do you want to lose possibly 5-10 lbs in the first week alone with keto ?⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣

On Wednesday, March 13th, 2019 I hit my ultimate and final weight goal of 132lbs which means I am officially a normal/healthy BMI (by 0.1 😅) for my height of 5’1” AND that also means I’ve lost 220lbs in total since September 14, 2017!! Woohoo! I know it’s silly to base a goal off BMI; I just wanted to know, even if only for ONE day, that I wasn’t labeled “overweight”. To be honest, I’m totally fine with where my body is at anywhere within the 130’s; I know that I don’t look (or FEEL) overweight at 133lbs. At my last DEXA scan in mid-January I was 148lbs and I had 27% body fat with 102lbs of lean mass, which is pretty good. That’s close to ideal range, which I’m most likely in by this point, according to the averages.

With that being said, I am OFFICIALLY calling it and declaring that I’m at the end of my weight loss journey; that makes today the beginning of my maintenance journey. I’ve heard maintenance is way harder than weight loss, so yay. 😅 Wish me luck! JK - I don’t need luck, because I can and will rock this! 😘

Keto Avocado Egg Salad
.
makes about 4 servings

Ingredients:
6 large eggs
2 small avocados, pitted, peeled and chopped
2 stalks celery, thin sliced 
2 green onions or scallions, thinly sliced
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
2 Tbsps fresh squeezed lemon juice
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp smoked paprika
sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to your taste (about 1/4 teaspoon each)

OPTIONAL: lettuce leaves

Instructions:
Peel and chop your boiled eggs.

In a medium bowl add the chopped eggs together with avocado, celery, onions, Greek yogurt, mustard and smoked paprika. Season with sea salt and pepper and add in freshly squeezed lemon juice.

Stir gently until well combined.

Serve your avocado egg salad over lettuce leaves .
