Y’all i also made my own chocolate chip strawberry cheese cake 🥰🥰🥰 first time making it and hopefully it’s perfected! 🤤 it’s so hard to stay on track when you’re around non keto foods. so i had to whip something sweet up quickly!
Nothing like a 3 day fast to get your hormones & mind in check. 😬 i’ve done 6,829 meat & butter fasts, but this was my 1st time cramming it into one meal a day (omad) for extended fasting periods. 😳 i wish i had taken pictures of my stomach to prove the bloat difference. un-freaking-real. 🤯
day 1️⃣: i wasn’t as prepared as i thought, but pushed through. we had unexpected bad weather, so i didn’t get to go stock up. in the meantime i had to wait on venison to thaw out. 🤣 had 1/4 c chicken salad while i waited. 🤷🏻♀️ crammed in my 1st bulletproof coffee of 2020, too. 😇 had ~1c venison cooked in kerrygold & topped with 1t of kerrygold. had electrolytes & zest (aka: keto lemonade) throughout the day. was back in ketosis after just 1 day. 👍🏻
day 2️⃣: still wasn’t prepared, but this only extended my fast from the day before. but i did splurge for a square of cheese. 🤣 later had butter chicken, bulletproof, zest, & electrolytes. 👍🏻
day 3️⃣: another bulletproof with electrolytes & zest! split a porterhouse steak with the hubby. last night i was in deep ketosis, and that carried over to this morning. 🙌🏻

‼️recipe added‼️cauliflower mash and baked ribs 😋 i love this recipe because the consistency is like real mashed potatoes!! comment 🙋🏾♀️🙋🏾♀️🙋🏾♀️ if you want the recipe 😉 cauliflower mash ingredients - one head of cauliflower cut into chunks - 4 oz of cream cheese (half a block) - 2 tbs of heavy cream - 2 tbs of butter - 1 tsp of salt
1. cook cauliflower on the stove until it’s tender (about 10 minutes). 2. drain cauliflower as much as possible and transfer it to your blender or food processor (i used a ninja food processor but your blender should work the same)
3. add other ingredients
4. blend/pulse all ingredients until creamy like mashed potatoes
5. transfer to a glass baking dish, add cheese, bacon bits and bake until cheese is melted. At the beginning of the week, we had grilling weather in nc. and now we’re back to soup season. 😳🙄🥶🤣 i haven’t shared this one in a while. a keto-friendly soup at its finest. 🤗🤗🤗
🐓cook 3-4 frozen chicken b*****s in ~4 c of bone broth (or 2 boxes of @kettleandfire turmeric ginger chicken bone broth) in instant p*t on manual for 30 min. utilize quick release. (would take under half the time with thawed chicken.)
🐓 while chicken is cooking, sauté 1 c chopped onion, 1 c chopped celery (keep those leaves on!), 4 c riced cauliflower + broccoli (i love green giant’s frozen packs) in 3 t of oil of choice (i use avocado oil) in dutch oven.
🐓allow veggies to cook for 5 min. then add: 1 tsp. turmeric, 2 tsp. garlic powder, 2 tsp. @redmondrealsalt, 1/2 tsp, thyme, 1-2 tsp. chopped rosemary.
🐓once timer goes off for chicken and you’ve utilized the quick release, remove chicken and set aside. add broth that chicken was cooked in to dutch oven with cooked veggies (may need to pour in through strainer). stir and reduce to simmer, cover. shred chicken.
🐓 add 1 can of full f*t coconut milk + shredded chicken to brothy veggie mixture, cover and let simmer for at least 20 min.
