Morning everyone. i hope you are well. today dsgym is open 7am to 9pm. there are mss classes at 9am, 12pm, 4pm and 6pm. at 6pm there is zumba and at 7pm yoga. how many workouts have you completed so far this week? 3 is the minimum for a healthy active lifestyle. keep taking positive progressive steps towards a healthier more active lifestyle. it doesn’t matter how small the steps. forward is what matters. have an awesome day and hope to see you at some stage.
