So... today marks the 7 days left to go on our small vacation 😁💃 my hubby & i are traveling to europe, to a country that is known for its history, nature & christmas markets. any guesses? 🙃 i will be giving you hints over the coming days, meanwhile check this throwback to the very delicious nutella brownie i made on saturday for our guests. its very easy, needs exactly 3 ingredients & can be prepared a head of time & baked when the guests arrive so it can be served warm. i found this recipe on @pinterest

a while ago, & since then it became my go to recipe at any time! here how it goes: .
ingredients - 1 jar @nutella, 350g
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/4 tsp salt (optional)
preheat the oven at 176 degrees celsius. mix all ingredients together until well combined. spread the very thick batter into a greased 8x8-inch baking dish, & cover the bottom of the pan with parchment paper. bake for 18 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. wait for 5 min then cut in to it if you wish to serve it warm. enjoy it as is or with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a generous dollop of whipped cream.
