Here is a little look into last night’s workout. Not every exercise was recorded but here are some of my fav exercises to do on leg day! I have also listed them below! 
1. Squats (obviously): 5 sets of 12-15 reps 
2. Leg press: 5 sets of 15-18 reps
3. Hack squats on smith machine: 5 sets of 12-15 reps 
4. Hamstring curl: 5 sets of 15-18 slow release reps 
5. Stiff legged deadlifts (not recorded): 5 sets of 10-12 reps 
6. Calf burnouts on calf extension: until you literally cannot do anymore (aka why it’s a burnout) .

High acute fatigue day feeling not as fatigued as I'd imagine. 325x1@sub6/6 on squat followed by 275x5x3@sub6. I think I learned how to brace properly, so hopefully I won't forget next squat session. Feels like I'm pushing the floor away vs lifting the bar with my back. Bench was 225x1@sub6, 235x1@sub6 and 190x5x4. AC joint sorta flared up a bit, but overall not too bad considering bench isn't supposed to feel good on this day
