Hier ein kleines Review zu meinem Rückentraining von gestern. Ich kann es einfach nicht ändern, es ist und bleibt mein liebstes Training!! 😍😍😍 Gestern hieß es daher:
- 5x5 Deadlifts
- 5x5 Latzug breit
- 4x8 Long Pulley eng
- 4x10 Pull Down
- 4x10 Langhantelrudern
- 4x10 Hyperextension (Ob sie wohl stärker und breiter werden will...? 😂😂)
Und zum Abschluss hab ich mich noch ein wenig in Yoga probiert 🧘🏽‍♀️🧘🏽‍♀️🧘🏽‍♀️ 🔜 Das will ich jetzt häufiger mal machen (ein bisschen was für die Mobility und so 😜)

Was würde ich jetzt dafür geben🤫😍 Aber nein, ich muss jetzt gucken, wo ich was gutes her bekomme😉 Ich glaube eine TK-Pizza 🍕 muss dran glauben, denn ich hatte heute nur einen Quark 🍧, einen Apfel 🍎 zwei Möhren 🥕 und einen Kakao ☕ Viiiiel zu wenig🤫

Ach und einen Energy gab es auch noch, sonst hätte ich das Beintraining nicht überlebt 😂

Aber die Arbeit hat es heute nicht anders zugelassen 🙄

Dafür hole ich jetzt alles nach und wie praktisch, wenn ich kein Problem damit habe über 2000 kcal schnell zu vernichteten 😏 Eine Pizza, ein bisschen Eis, Quark und Nussmuß werden es jetzt richten😝

Leg day went down this morning and I’m already feeling it. 😱🔥 .
I went all out and increased my weights in most of the exercises which isn’t the norm for me and leg day. I normally don’t push because my legs have always been my weakness so I would stick with what was comfortable. .
But... HELLO, WAKE UP AMY! ⚡️I always preach that you can’t make change in your life unless you change something you’re doing, but sometimes I don’t act on my own advice. 🙈 That wasn’t happening today. You can’t spell CHAlleNGE without change right?

This may sound shocking, but I actually LOVE leg day in phase 2 of this program. 🙉 I know crazy right?! It’s fast paced and uses weights and sliders to give your legs a CRAZY burnout. My legs were literally toast 🍞 by the end! .
What I love most about this program is that it’s always CHANGING so my body isn’t hitting a plateau. I’m seeing and feeling the changes which is motivating me even more to push my limits. 💪🏼 .
Are you afraid to try something new? Most people are, but man it’s in those moments when I stare fear in the eyes that CHANGE happens. Try something new today. Push past your normal limits. No holding back! You’ll never ever regret giving it 💯. 💕

If one of your body parts isn’t growing, you’re not alone.
We all suffer from this, even though we don’t like to admit it. For some people it’s their calves, others, it’s their arms. For me, it’s been my chest.

Luckily, if you train this muscle group correctly, you can turn your worst body part into your best one.

It just takes a little bit of science and a lot of dedication and hard work. But it works.

The biggest reason you have a stubborn body part is probably that you cannot feel it working. You need to ignite that mind-to-muscle connection and feel that muscle working. This takes time and practice, but it's the most important thing you can do.

After that, start training it more frequently. Train it 3-6 times per week. Is this a lot? Yes, but you want it to grow, don't you? What you've been currently doing obviously isn't working, so it's time to try something drastic.

Lastly, you'll need to prioritize training this muscle FIRST in your workout. This is when you're fresh and can put the maximum amount of energy into training it.

Instead, use cables. Set the cable height tall enough so your foot won't hit the floor when your leg fully extends. -

As prep closes in I have to change mindsets. The biggest of all is understand that bodybuilding is not healthy and as a result i expect to see drops in my signs of being healthy. One being basic body fat of course, the others being hormonal. Yet this is a sport and I understand that and respect that. This is fun to me and I love all of it. This is not what I define as health but it shows me what health really is when I’m in the off season. If you okay a sport, be open minded that sports are not healthy and repetitive and damaging. But it’s what brings a lot of us joy and fulfillment. -
