Throughout my fitness journey I have been through MANNYYYYY transformation phases. From being my thickest at 33% bodyfat when I first started to my leanest at 5.5% when I stepped on stage for my last show, my body has been everywhere in between!

Going into my first show prep, I lived and breathed perfection. I did not veer from a single macro and did not miss a single workout. Coming out of show prep, I didn’t know balance. I ate myself sick every weekend and gained back all the weight worked so hard to get rid of.

But I didn’t let that stop me. “If I did it once and even twice, I am capable of doing it again and again! I can do anything I set my mind to!

However, not having a mensural cycle for the past 2 years, my estrogen levels are not where they should be. I haven’t screwed my hormones completely but they definitely aren’t functioning like a well oiled whistle thus making weight loss and cutting a fricken missionnnn!

As I am always so hesitant to post my check-in photos because they aren’t glam I wanted to point out that every person’s journey even every journey of your own ISN’T going to always be the same!

As this Post is already super long, I will shine more light on where I stand with my goals and what I am working towards in next weeks #transformationtuesday 
But this is to remind you that NO MATTER HOW SLOW you think your process is going, it’s only a small time in the grand scheme of things. So whether you’re bulking, cutting, working on your mental health or fixing your internal health, AS LONG AS YOU ARE WORKING TOWARDS A BETTER YOU EACHHHH AND EVERYDAY you should be so damn HAPPY with where you are and there you’re going!

So this is your reminder to transform your mind from “I can’t” to “I WILL”
