My destination this sunday.
to meet the most awesome motivation team i've ever been involved with. i often get asked why, why do i need to train my mind and body with ex special forces and sas who dares wins. i get asked what am i trying to prove. is it a weird mid life crisis or what's the point ??? it really comes down to this. my mind has never been sharper, more focused, more capable of dealing with whatever life throws at it. the mental training is useful in all situations. my body has not been this fit in years and i'm challenging myself to do things i'd not thought possible. this is a self development group like no other. with @break_point_uk
i have met the most inspiring leaders, veterans and fellow break-point members. all of whom motivate me to keep going. the payback is huge, the impact on my children is amazing.they watch what you do.
so we are all meeting up in london for some fantastic training, motivation, hugs, laughs. a fantastic reunion. my break-point family. people who want to inspire others and ourselves. so get involved. start training your mind and body.
