Remember this public art installation at macarthur park in august, 2015? 3,000 hand-painted inflatable spheres, painted by local students, were floated in the lake to draw attention one of the city’s most important cultural monuments. local non-profit @portraitsofhopeprojects
was behind the project. they have conceived and developed motivational art projects for kids all across the country, but now they are in need of a new home! their current offices in el segundo have been leased out, and they need to vacate by the end of the month. they are hoping that someone with extra commercial space will offer to donate new offices so they can continue their work. please tag your friends in the comments below to help get the word out, and click the link in their profile to contact the organization.
