Breakfast is by far my favorite meal of the day. not that i’m always right, but i think it should be everyone’s favorite meal. but, so many peole skip it! it doesn’t have to be perfectly decorated or portioned, in a pretty bowl or next to some flowers, just do it. throw together literally whatever you want to, even if no one but you would like it. let your body know that your day is starting and it needs to get its grind on 🙏 .
