Kicking off fryday with a new addition- these cute little hasselback potatoes with vegan garlic aioli ✨ these are so crispy and delicious and mke the perfect side to any meal 😍.
to make 👇🏼:
slice potatoes across, leaving a few millimeters between each slice. brush on olive oil and top with salt, pepper + garlic powder. cook at 450 for 25 minutes. meanwhile, whisk together 1 tbsp vegan mayo, 1/8 tsp garlic powder + the juice of 1/2 lemon. serve together + enjoy! 💛
