i wanted to share this workout - and how amazing what i have is for so many busy woman.
i literally wake up, change clothes, drink my #magicmommyjuice
as i read from my bible, pray, then push play. this solution has given me #mommymuscles, saves me time, gave me an amazing community of other woman just like you who are busy and struggling to fit fitness into their life.
this workout i am doing is 4 days a week.
it lasts 30-40 minutes per workout.
it is 8 weeks long.
it has an amazing meal plan (not a diet), that has a cheat meal 🍷🍔day built in.
it will burn your muscles.
it includes core work in every new workout for 8 weeks.
