🙋🏼♀️ where are my girls at who love training their upper bod?
i find upper body workouts are the hardest to get my groove on with from home so i really tried to spice things up with tempo, reps, and added some flare to some of the moves!
👉🏻 my other tips for working out from home:
✖️crank up the music, as loud as you can.
✖️set your timer, and physically check off each set you complete - this really helps me!!
✖️put on a cute outfit. just because you are working out from home doesn’t mean you can’t feel cute!
personally, if i feel good it changes my mood.
✖️film a set and post it up on your own social media to inspire others and feel proud!

db swing to side raise: x12
dbl tube chest raise to dbl curl: x12 (each combo counts as 1 rep)
low squat concentrated curls: x10/side
kneeling squat to front press to overhead extension: x10
side raise to upright row: x10 (each combo counts as 1 rep)
front/side raise combo: x20
hammer curl (faster tempo): x20
