between working this past weekend, celebrating easter on my one day off with like zero sleep, and this upcoming three in a row starting tonight, i’m going to be fully transparent in saying that i’m completely winging the start of this 6 week challenge. i did not journal my goals yet, but i’m crystal clear on where i want to go and how i want to achieve my goals to have the shreddiest summer ever. i did not carve out the time for meal prep and chill before this series because i honestly needed sleep more 🤷🏻♀️. so these next 3 days of clean eating will be largely sponsored by the whole foods hot bar. i’m a little cracked out on caffeine, but hydrating, i swear! 😅 amidst all of this craze, i’m just trying to make it work any way that i can. and that’s ok. having a plan is important, having flexibility in reaching your goals is also v important.

before flying off to work. in shorts!!! omg. 😱not the usual. next two days will be rest days because my body is begging for sleep in between these long night shifts. can’t wait to hit it h*****n thursday and the rest of this amazing birthday weekend with all of my favorite humans! also - so much fresh content i want to share with you all, and i will be posting as soon as i get a minute to breathe like my apple watch is constantly reminding me to, promise! happy monday babes. 😉
