Did. not. want. to. do. it.
but i scheduled it. i talked about it all day. so i did it.
i pushed hard. i sweated a river. and it got done.
it’s consistency that changes us. dedication that creates strength. drive that makes us who we want to be.
i don’t want to be controlled by ra and fibro. i don’t want to be a couch spud. i don’t want to watch my kids from the sidelines of life.
i want to run races. i want to lead classes. i want to climb obstacles, hike with my pack, and play with my kids.
