went for our first family walk today. 😊 with baby j i remember it took us forever to leave the house but we’re doing pretty well this time round considering we’ve now got 3 kids to organise! 😂
i’ve had a bit of cabin fever being stuck in dark hospital rooms so i needed to get out asap, plus getting some sunshine every day & a bit of human interaction is so good for your mental health, especially during that postpartum period. i’m still taking it easy & walking really slow - so taking things slow & steady, but also keeping yourself somewhat active & moving is key for a healthy post birth recovery.
now time for sleep!
