Decided that i’m changing what i’m posting on instagram from now on. going to start sharing my workouts and things i do to stay in shape, things i eat to help support my gut health, and products i use that i truly believe in. the highs, the lows, everything. i want to try and be as real as i can with you from now on because we all know life isn’t rainbows and unicorns and lamborghinis like instagram makes it out to be. so if you’re here for solely for the selfies and bikini pics... i’m sorry.
on that note, what’s everyone’s favorite type of cardio or fitness class? i need a new workout because my gym routine has got me 💤
