A few hours ago i gave a class in one of our yoga spots in the ashram. this place is magic. you feel like alice in wonderland. the scenery looks so unreal sometimes. your awareness increases, you start to reflect about your life, instead of running away. you suddenly know what you want. and it just comes. you see the benefits of waking up early before sunrise, in moving your body, doing yoga, meditating and talking to fantastic people, sharing life stories... in eating totally healthy and breathing fresh air.
a father and son made a mad dash "through hell" in the middle of a blazing forest fire while driving down a winding mountain road in glacier national park in montana........& caught it all on a harrowing video.
the pair emerged with their lives, but not the car. they ended up abandoning it to the flames.
my 70-year-old dad & i were stuck at a trailhead at the end of a dead-end road near lake macdonald in west glacier, mt.
the wildifre was between us & the only way out.
after we reached a downed, burning tree, i had to reverse all the way back to the trailhead, where we were lucky to flag down a boat.
the howe ridge fire was started by a lightning strike & had burned 4,138 acres as of saturday night, according to the national park service.
It's always the perspective as how one can see this world.. we can see it as a sunset while other way round we can consider it as a sunrise with a new beginning and put all our efforts to build our own house with love, affection & care for the people we have in our life.

sidenote: the tomato was taken out after this video was made and cut up and distributed with their greens and mealworms. no turtles were harmed or had to gladiator battle each other for the tomato or any other food.
