Definitely not in the peak physical condition i wanted to be if i didn’t suffer this injury. could’ve been in much better shape, i’m always in a fight against myself and try to ignore the pain... ignoring the bad type of pain was a bad idea. can’t do any shoulder exercises... only 1 chest exercise but i can easily train biceps and triceps... and of course legs and abs and a bit of back. forced to keep the weight light, but i used them the most i could. this is gonna be a tough weekend and i’m sure my physiotherapist is gonna ask me again on saturday “why did you still have a match and risk damaging your shoulder even more”? i don’t know, i just love what i do and quitting isn’t in my vocabulary, the fight is on, whether i’m 100% or not, i will see you all there on the 27th of april... this friday, 7pm.
