There is a study that proves 85% of what we worry about never happens, that means only 15% did.
•
And get this, of the 15% that did happen, 79% of the people in the study said they handled the difficulty much better than they expected, or the experience taught them a lesson worth learning.

This means if we can’t do something about the issue at hand, we can actually rewire our brains to stop worrying.
•
Our worry is always about what could happen, so it’s in the future. If, when a worry comes up, we can learn to immediately start taking a few deep breaths and come back to the present moment, we are creating a new thought pattern. The more often we do this the brain is getting the message to stop and return back to the now.

This is our training for nurturing the body, for wellness and health, giving us the ability to let go, and be happy.

Rarely are we on the fence about doing something. So I believe we most often say maybe because we’re afraid to say no, so we think maybe is safer.

But what happens when we say maybe? We either end up saying yes and irritated and regretful, or we avoid an answer altogether and we become unreliable, or we sheepishly say no and worry for days if we will ever be asked again.

In all of these scenarios being indecisive with maybe took away our power, confidence, peace of mind, and joy.

Most of the time my loves, if you check in with your gut it’s a true yes or no. Once in a while we may have to say let me check and get back to you, but please try not to use maybe.

Rarely are we on the fence about doing something. so i believe we most often say maybe because we’re afraid to say no, so we think maybe is safer.

but what happens when we say maybe? we either end up saying yes and irritated and regretful, or we avoid an answer altogether and we become unreliable, or we sheepishly say no and worry for days if we will ever be asked again.
