Don't wait for a tomorrow or next week or next year. too often i think i will do something or start some task... then. after. later. not yet. tomorrow. monday. it comes up to my mind now and then everyday until it's done. i can't get it off my mind but i still keep pushing it forward... the way it affects my mood and stresses me out is ridiculous. it would be so much easier for me to just do it and get it done. if not now, when really? there isn't a better time.
this weekend i have managed to do things that i've thought of for the past month! what a relief! after one task or routine change i got more confidence and energy to do more things that i had planned a long time. so i try to keep going. and really... i will at least try to do things that take less than one minute, immediately! not later.
do you have something you keep pushing forward because of different excuses!? 😊 cleaning, accounting, a phone call, email, some healthy habit...etc.? do it now! ✌️👊 #nygyoga
