Heyy lovley people!! i’m so sorry for not posting at all but i’m on vacation in greece on crete island as you probably know 🇬🇷🇬🇷 i’m having such an awesome time with my parents and couple of boys who i met here 🤫 they don’t speak polish but they speak english very well so..
also i wanted to let you know that it’s ok to take a break from “eating clean” and regular exercising. two weeks of rest won’t change much - i promise. of course your muscles won’t look as full as usual bc your body won’t storage glycogen in them, but as soon as you do a good workout your muscles be as they usually are.
what about diet? just stick to 50/50 rule. 50% healthy 50% whatever you want! for example for lunch i like to eat pasta/pizza and a side of big salad with fresh veg.
balance is the key! enjoy your holidays chicks 💓💓
