Chocolate and hazelnut porridge 🍁🐿
nothing beats a bowl full of hearty oats 💛
do you like porridge? i love to have it not only for breakfast , but also instead of a regular meal, especially when i spent all day in my kitchen and i do not want to prepare something complicated 😅 (and wash other dishes😣)

100 ml unsweetened hazelnut milk
1 tbsp hazelnut butter
2 tsp cocoa powder
1 stick vanilla bean (or 1/2 tsp vanilla bean paste)
1 stick cinnamon (or 1 tsp ground cinnamon)
1 tbsp agave (optional, i don't add any sweetener)
50g rolled oats or porridge mix*
in a saucepan, heat the water, hazelnut milk, hazelnut butter, cocoa powder, vanilla salt and cinnamon until well combined.
bring to a brief boil, add the oats and turn off the heat. cover with a lid and set aside for 30 minutes. remove the cinnamon and vanilla and top with your favorite toppings.
i topped mine with pear chips, hazelnuts, hazelnut chocolate, homemade hazelnut granola, h**p seeds, winter cherries. *i prepare my own porridge mix combining 1 cup fine oats+ 1 cup rolled oats + 1/2 cup millet flakes + 3tbsp chia seeds +3tbsp ground flax seeds. .
