Con este desayuno tienes energía para rato!!! Porridge (gachas) de leche de almendra con avena, uvas, higo, nueces y chía!! Súpernutritivo!! ➡Pon a calentar la leche 250ml y cuando esté a punto de hervir, añade 3 cucharadas soperas colmadas de avena, cacao puro en polvo desgrasado y canela al gusto,baja el fuego al mínimo y deja reposar entre 5/10 minutos según la textura que prefieras,y añade lo qué más te guste!!

Como veo que ha tenido tanto éxito el porridge frio que  preparé el otro dia para desayunar y por petición popular os dejo aquí la receta que como veréis es bien sencilla y rápida de elaborar. 
Aviso que para los que seáis unos amantes del arroz con leche está receta tiene un toque que nos recuerda mucho a él. Así que ya sabéis manos a la obra, a probarla y me contáis que tal.

Además recordar que la de no tiene muchos beneficios para nuestra salud un poco más abajo tenéis un post acerca de la avena.

Continuación os dejo los ingredientes✏: - Una taza de bebida vegetal de soja de vainilla
- Canela en rama
- Piel de limón - 1/2 taza de Copos de avena
- Plátano - Nueces
- CANELA en polvo

ELABORACIÓN 👩‍🍳: - Ponemos en un cacito la leche a calentar, añadimos la canela en rama la ralladura de limón y los copos de avena. Calentamos y removemos durante unos 10 minutos hasta conseguir el espesor deseado. Después lo verteremos en un recipiente y dejaremos enfriar. Una vez que no esté caliente lo metemos en la nevera y ya tendremos nuestro porridge listo para la mañana siguiente que le añadiremos los trocitos de plátano y las nueces y un poquito de canela en polvo y retirarnos la piel del limón y la canela en rama.

Do you like porridge? I love to have it not only for breakfast , but also instead of a regular meal, especially when I spent all day in my kitchen and I do not want to prepare something complicated 😅 (and wash other dishes😣)

Hazelnut porridge:
150ml water
100 ml unsweetened hazelnut milk
1 tbsp hazelnut butter
2 tsp cocoa powder
Pinch salt
1 stick vanilla bean (or 1/2 tsp vanilla bean paste)
1 stick cinnamon (or 1 tsp ground cinnamon)
1 tbsp agave (optional, I don't add any sweetener)
50g rolled oats or porridge mix*
In a saucepan, heat the water, hazelnut milk, hazelnut butter, cocoa powder, vanilla salt and cinnamon until well combined.
Bring to a brief boil, add the oats and turn off the heat. Cover with a lid and set aside for 30 minutes. Remove the cinnamon and vanilla and top with your favorite toppings.
I topped mine with pear chips, hazelnuts, hazelnut chocolate, homemade hazelnut granola, hemp seeds, winter cherries. *I prepare my own porridge mix combining 1 cup fine oats+ 1 cup rolled oats + 1/2 cup millet flakes + 3Tbsp chia seeds +3Tbsp ground flax seeds. .

While we’re busy getting ready behind the scenes for some Friday night feasting with our pre-theatre and later evening supper menus, we’re also already dreaming about what to have for breakfast! 
Bowls of hot and creamy jumbo oat porridge finished with sweet poached pears, toasted almonds and honey 😍 
Pop in for a bowl of healthy deliciousness or even something more naughty to give you some fuel before enjoying a stroll up the hills. It looks like it’s going to be another beautiful autumn day tomorrow 🙌

1er porridge de la saison aux saveurs automnales 🍁, avec le froid installé ici je me devais bien ça 😏.
J'ai découvert, récemment, le gruau à coupe épointée pour faire mes porridges, alors oui c'est beaucoup plus long à cuire mais l'attente en vaut la chandelle : plus de texture, de mâche et plus de goût que mes traditionnels flocons d'avoine 😍.
Vraiment convaincue ! L'astuce pour réduire le temps de cuisson est de le faire tremper pendant la nuit avant de le cuire 👌.

Anyone else love Figs too?!? One of my fave fruits that we all became obsessed with on my last retreat thanks to @cerikitchen 💜. This week I’ve been eating my breakfast a little later so I can have a bit more time in bed when I have a super early start. (Because unpopular #fitspo opinion, I love sleep and don’t particularly love getting up at the crack of dawn by choice). So rather than shoving down my porridge at 6:15am, and burning my tongue before I leave for my early PT clients, I’ve been waiting until I get home at about 9:30am. 
I’ve always almost Pre-empted my hunger and eaten as soon as I’ve got up, but I’ve enjoyed putting more trust in my body. 
It’s been so good to actually have a really good appetite for breakfast, make it a bit more fancy and have time for some presentation 😉as well as eat and enjoy it a lot more mindfully. 👉🏻 This has been such a good switch up to my routine, and suits my lifestyle right now. It’s not a hard and fast rule, as I will always eat when I’m hungry. And I encourage you to listen to your bodies and decide when meal times work best for you!

Can't wait to go outside later! But first I'm gonna continue cleaning up and getting rid of some things I don't need anymore.. getting closer to that minimalistic lifestyle haha 😃. Clearing out some stuff just feels so amazing!

heute gab es ein cremiges schoko-maca oatmeal mit banane, gepuffter hirse, granatapfel, dunkler schoki und erdnussmus zum frühstück 😋🍫.
heute morgen war es so kalt und neblig aber jetzt sind die sonne und der blaue himmel auch schon wieder zurück ☀️🍁. ich freu mich schon, später raus zu gehen! aber erstmal wird aufgeräumt und aussortiert. irgendwie liebe ich das!
man braucht eigentlich so wenige dinge wirklich! ein satz den meine kunstlehrerin mal gesagt hat war "alles was man ein jahr lang nicht mehr benutzt hat, kann man wegwerfen!". und das trifft einfach wirklich auf fast alles zu! 😂
ich bin jemand, der sich super leicht ablenken lässt und je weniger dinge rumliegen, desto besser kann ich mich konzentrieren! geht es euch auch so?

#kürbisporridge wollte ich schon längst mal ausprobiert haben... wird es definitiv öfter geben 🤩 🎃 100g Hokkaido würfeln und mit einem Schluck Wasser in der Mikrowelle garen und anschließend pürieren. 🎃 150ml Sojamilch oder Mandelmilch mit 25g Whey mixen und mit 50g Haferflocken und 100 ml Wasser zusammen im Topf aufkochen. Das Kürbismus, Zimt und etwas Süßstoff dazu geben und kurz auf kleiner Stufe weiterkochen. In eine Schüssel geben und kurz etwas abkühlen lassen. 🤗⭐️🎃 #porridge #porridgerezept #rezept #haferflocken #kürbismus #haferflockenliebe #proteinporridge #zimtundxucker
