Six pilates abs moves in the “v sit” position. try to keep your legs at 10 or 11 o’clock & your back straight. you can always modify with hands on the floor instead of up on your head. i didn’t play music so you can hear the forceful exhaling on every single rep, the breathing is important! do 12 reps of each move:
* chest tucks
* genie twists
* leg circles
* single leg stretch
try for 5 rounds and stretch between rounds.
