One ingredient waffles?!☝️
1. poke holes in a potato with a fork.
2. wrap potato with a damp paper towel.
3. microwave potato for 5-8 minutes. (depending on the size.)
4. leave the skin on (prevents sticking) and cut potato to fit into waffle iron. (cut it like this lol 👉🏼🍠)
5. place the potato inside the waffle maker for 10-15 minutes. (makes 1-3 waffles depending on the size of the potato and how many times you cut the potato.)
6. add toppings! i added date paste, maple syrup, and cinnamon.
i have really been loving potatoes lately so iv been experimenting with different recipes. potatoes are a very healthy carb contains loads of fiber and nutrients! who knew you can make waffles with ☝️ simple ingredient?! eating mano meals are very beneficial, because it it's super easier for your body to digest one food at a time. enjoy!! 💙🍠🥔
