Early 6am back and arms workout this morning. clip 1: lat pulldowns(2variations - wide/wider): 20/20,15/15,10/10. clip 2: cable low rows superset with facepulls: 20/20,15/15,10/10,5/5. hammer strength rows: 5x10,10,8,8,6. gonna be working on conventional deads to get them stronger so i’m gonna be spending some time to work on getting the form settled then as time goes on, work my way up in weight... 5x10(the clip shown was 11 reps but that just shows i can’t count correctly mid set lol🤷♂️) i don’t do the math. i lift the math 💁♂️ lol don’t quote me on that. god bless peoples!
