I saw @juannit_247 do this and figured I'd give it a try... This almost made me puke during my final round... Thats why there's 2 videos becasue I could feel it coming and had to head outaide really quick just in case... Still finished it since I don't wanna be a lil bitch... Complex work: 4 rounds

6 RDL
6 bent over rows
6 hang cleans
6 push press
6 reverse lunges (each leg)
6 squats

2 min rest between each round and go up 10 lbs each round... Trust me your lungs will be on 🔥

I hit a nice little PB this morning with a 90kg Push Press for 6. Not a bad way to start off the weekend!
Had to fight hard for the last rep but some encouragement got me there in the end.

Getting this many reps is something I haven't done before. I'm also far more comfortable with the push press than I was. 
I limited myself to just strict pressing for years out of misplaced snobbery and ego. 🤷‍♂️

I've always had strong shoulders but added variety and ever changing rep schemes is helping them improve.
🔶️
Training in a positive atmosphere also makes a huge difference. 
I've always found most gyms to be quite intimidating and unwelcoming. 
Due to that I always liked to train alone. 
As a trainer I try to make the gym as welcoming as possible for everyone.
I also get to train in a pretty awesome box with some pretty awesome people!

Complex: 
2 Muscle Snatches Clean Grip, 2 Over head squat Clean Grip
The focus was: shoulder strength and overall mobility. Started with 30 - 40 - 50 and came up to 60kilos.

Due to the fact I find myself more comfortable with the squat jerk, not that I am not working on split jerks, I have decided to improve my mobility on the Over head clean grip squat. I need to feel comfortable with going deep in order to provide a better lock out of the elbow, making it possible to increase weights on the clean and jerk.

przez to, że ćwiczę już długo w jednym miejscu, poznałem mnóstwo ludzi. teraz już chyba nawet nie mam opcji przyjść na trening i nie spotkać kogoś znajomego 🤔
przeglądając posty na insta, q&a znanych trenerów itp. ciągle pojawia się pytanie o motywację. Śmieszy mnie to mega. motywacja to jakiś bulszit. "no ale my to wiemy ziomeczku, @tomek.grzymski nam wytłumaczył, że tylko nawyk!"; "trening jest dla mnie jak mycie zębów" itd. czyżby?
może to ja jestem jakiś dziwny. myję zęby codziennie, 2x dziennie (brawo marcin! 😂) i za każdym razem jest to świadomy wysiłek. nie chce mi się. robię to bo wiem, że to dla mnie dobre. dokładnie tak samo z treningiem.
chcę lepiej wygądać? Ćwiczę. chcę być silniejszy? Ćwiczę. chcę być zdrowszy? jem zdrowiej, chodzę spać wcześnie itd.
gdybym miał robić tylko to, co weszło mi w nawyk, to do dzisiaj leżałbym na kanapie, jedząc chipsy serowo-cebulowe, zupki instant i oglągał chińskie bajki. rzeczy nieprzyjemne są nieprzyjemne. powtarzanie ich tego nie zmieni 😑
nie pamiętam kiedy ostatnio pojechałem na trening z przyjemnością (pewnie pod koniec ostatniej siłówki, gdy byłem sprawny i najsilniejszy ever... czyli jakieś pół roku temu).
czy robienie czegoś bez przerwy przez kilka miesięcy usprawnia proces? jak najbardziej. jeszcze jak! 😂 ale nie sprawia to, że jest łatwiej. dalej trzeba się zwlec z kanapy, ubrać, spakować torbę i jechać. a to ta przyjemniejsza część...
pierwszy raz się tak rozpisałem. mam nadzieję, że nikogo nie zanudziłem 😜
generalnie chciałem napisać, że trening z ziomeczkami jest fajny i doceniam, że zawsze są ze mną, gdy mi się nie chce 😁
