Easy Chicken Alfredo Penne 👩‍🍳 Full recipe below, send it to a friend who’d love this!⁣

Ingredients (for 6 servings)
1 ½ lb chicken breast (680 g), cubed
2 tablespoons butter
½ teaspoon dried oregano
½ teaspoon dried basil
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
16 oz penne pasta (455 g), cooked
¼ cup fresh parsley (10 g)
¼ cup shredded parmesan cheese (25 g)
SAUCE
2 tablespoons butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
3 tablespoons flour
2 cups milk (480 mL)
½ teaspoon dried oregano
½ teaspoon dried basil
½ cup shredded parmesan cheese (55 g)
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper

Preparation
In a pan over medium-high heat, melt butter, then add the chicken breast.
Season with salt, pepper, oregano, and basil. Cook 8-10 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked. Remove from heat and set chicken aside.
In the same pan over medium heat, melt butter and add the garlic. Cook until the garlic begins to soften.
Add half of the flour to the garlic and butter, stirring until incorporated. Then add the rest of the flour and stir.
Pour in the milk a little bit at a time, stirring well in between, until fully incorporated and sauce begins to thicken.
Season with salt, pepper, oregano, and basil, and stir well to incorporate.
Add parmesan cheese and stir until melted.
Pour the sauce over cooked penne pasta, add the chicken and mix well.
Add parsley and extra parmesan. Mix well.

🍪🍪🍪РЕЦЕПТ🍪🍪🍪
200 г сливочного масла
150 г коричневого сахара
150 г белого сахара
15 г сахара с натуральной ванилью
2 яйца
330 г муки
1 ч.л. соды
Щепотка соли
1/4 ч.л. корицы (я корицу кладу только осенью)
100-150 г шоколада для начинки

Сливочное масло комнатной температуры тщательно взбить с 3 видами сахара.
Добавить яйца и ещё раз взбить до однородности.
Муку просеять с содой, солью и корицей. Добавить мучную смесь к масляной и перемешать только до однородности, долго вымешивать не надо, тесто станет жёстким. Добавить порубленный шоколад или шоколадные капли, перемешать.
Ложкой для мороженого или руками сформировать комочки теста и выложить на противень на большом расстоянии друг от друга. Сверху выложить кусочки шоколада.
Выпекать в предварительно разогретой до 180 С духовке 8-10 минут.
Готовое печенье аккуратно снять с противня и остудить.

the juice of 1 lime
1/2 cup minced red bell pepper
1/4 cup chopped cilantro

Preparation
Heat a grill over medium-high heat. Drizzle the olive oil over the chicken breasts and sprinkle with the chili powder and salt to taste.
Grill for 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked through.

🔸1/2 sachet de levure

1/ Mélangez les oeufs, la compote de pomme et le fromage blanc.
2/ Ajouter la farine, le sucre et la levure et mélangez bien.
3/ Séparez la pâte en deux et versez le chocolat fondu dans une des deux moitié.
4/ Versez la pâte chocolat dans votre moule, puis la pâte nature. Vous pouvez aussi interposer pâte chocolat et pâte nature plusieurs fois pour faire l’effet zébré.
5/ Enfournez à 180 degrés pendant 35 minutes.

120 c.c. de jugo de limón ( de 2 limones grandes).

🍽 Preparación: .

🥧👉🏻Para la base: ​procesar todo junto hasta lograr una textura sólida y colocar en la base de los moldes (solo en la base, no en los costados) y llevar al horno hasta que se seque

🥧👉🏻para el relleno​:
Colocar 3 yemas en una cacerola y mezclar con la ralladura de 2 limones y 6 o 7 sobres de sucralosa.
Agregar 35 g. de almidón de maíz y 1⁄2 litro de leche. Llevar al fuego y cocinar a fuego suave revolviendo constantemente con cuchara de madera hasta que hierva durante 1 minuto.
Agregar 7 g. (1 sobre) de gelatina sin sabor diluida en el jugo de 2 limones (aproximadamente 100 a 120 c.c.). Apagar el fuego y dejar entibiar, revolviendo periódicamente.
Colocar la crema de limón dentro de la masa y emparejar la superficie.

One Pot Cajun Jambalaya Pasta - This one pot Cajun jambalaya pasta is the perfect one pot dinner to get you through the chilly evenings. We added sausages, prawns, peas and more!

Recipe (serves 5):
1. Heat a splash of oil in a saucepan. Fry sausages for 5-7 minutes or until brown. Remove sausages from the heat and leave to sit on paper towels.
2. Add onions and red bell peppers to the same saucepan and cook until soft (add more oil if necessary). Add tomato puree and cook on medium/high heat for 1 minute.
3. Pour in double cream, season with salt, paprika and Cajun seasoning, stir and bring to a boil. Leave to cook on a low heat for 8-10 minutes.
4. Add cooked pasta, prawns, peas and cook for 6-8 mins on low
5. Then remove from heat and add chopped parsley and grated parmesan.

Turkey Albondigas Soup - Soothe your Soul- For the meatballs mix together 1.5 lb ground turkey, 1 cup cooked white rice, 1/3 cup minced onion, 2 t minced garlic, 1/2 teaspoon each ground cumin, oregano, smoked paprika, sea salt and pepper, 1 egg, 1/4 cup each chopped parsley and cilantro. Scoop and bake in a 375 degree oven 15 minutes. For Soup- Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a dutch oven and sauté 1/2 cup chopped onion, 1 grated carrot, 1 seeded jalapeño, 1 cup chopped celery, 1 diced red bell pepper and 1 tablespoon minced garlic for 10 minutes. Add 3 teaspoons cumin, 1 quart chicken stock, 2 cups V8 tomato juice, few dashes #cholula hot sauce and simmer for 15 minutes. Add the cooked meatballs and season with salt and pepper. Ingredients : 1 ripe banana, 2 scoops vanilla protein,  2 eggs (free range from local farm, whites separated) 1/4tsp both baking powder and salt, 1/8 tsp cinnamon...... beat whites for two minutes until peaks form. White seafood pizza -Joseph’s lavish wrap
-Grilled Shrimp
-Broccoli & cauliflower
-Light Alfredo sauce
-Cheese of choice

Pre-shrimp and veggies. Lightly spray one wrap with extra virgin olive oil cooking spray and season with garlic, salt & pepper. Broil only low until wrap is light golden brown. Add Alfredo sauce, a sprinkle of cheese, shrimp and veggies. Top with more cheese and Alfredo sauce. Broil on low until cheese is melted. Enjoy! ——————————
Tip: using cheese lower in fat helps keep the wrap crisp because there are less oils cooking out of the cheese.

BEBIDA VEGETAL DE COCO🌱
La que más me gusta💕 y muy fácil de hacer.
En imágenes les dejo el proceso👆.
PROPORCIONES: Cada 1 taza de coco rallado agregar 4 tazas de agua caliente.
Se conserva en heladera, en botella de vidrio tapada, durante 4 días. Agitar un poco antes de consumir.
La pueden usar para TODO, y prueben un café con leche de coco porque es💣💥
2da receta del día: LICUADO🌱
Licuar 1 taza leche de coco, 2 cucharadas de cacao amargo,  2 cucharadas de bagazo y 1/2 taza de pasas de uva previamente remojadas (1 hora) y lavadas. ¡Listo!
Y esto no termina acá...
3ra receta del día: BIZCOCHUELO🌱
Colocar en un recipiente 3 tazas de harina leudante, 1 taza de azúcar, mezclar. Hacer un hueco en el centro y agregar 1 cucharada de aceite, el licuado anterior👆 (en proporciones más grandes, duplicar los ingredientes para el licuado, serán 2 tazas de leche, 4 de cacao y así...). Mezclar todo (si falta humedad agregar 1/2 taza de agua) y volver a mezclar. Colocar en placa aceitada y enharinada y llevar a horno precalentado bajo durante 40 minutos.

Ingredients:-
½ ltr Water
4 Tomatoes, sliced
5 Green Chillies, sliced
1 inch Ginger
1 cup Cashew Nuts
2-3 tbsp Milk
2 tbsp Ghee
1 tbsp Butter
2 Bay leaves
5 Green Cardamoms
1 inch Cinnamon
½ tsp Turmeric powder
Red Chilli powder
Water as required
1 tsp Garam Masala powder
¼ cup Tomato Ketchup
Pinch of sugar
Salt to taste
½ kg Paneer, cubed
Fresh Cream
Kasori Methi powder

Method:-
In a bowl add water, tomatoes, chillies, ginger and blanch them.
In a mixer jar, add cashew nuts, milk and grind it into a fine paste.
Check the tomatoes and if the tomatoes have started leaving their skin switch off the flame and take them out in a mixer container and grind into fine paste.
Heat a vessel, add ghee, butter, bay leaves, cardamom, cinnamon and saute it for some time.
Add the prepared cashew paste and saute it for some time on medium flame.
Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, tomato paste, saute it until they start leaving water.
Add garam masala powder, tomato ketchup, sugar, water, mix well and add salt.
Cut the paneer into cubes, add it into the gravy and let it cook for 2 minutes.
Switch off the gas, spread some fresh cream and sprinkle kasori methi on it.
Our Butter Paneer is ready.

INGREDIENTS
2 cups raspberries
2 tablespoon maple syrup
1 tablespoon lemon juice
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons chia seeds
INSTRUCTIONS
1. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, add the raspberries and cook until they start to break down, stirring and mashing frequently, about 10 minutes.
2. Turn the heat to low, stir in the maple syrup, lemon juice and vanilla extract. Then stir in the chia seeds and turn off the heat. 
3. Allow the mixture to stand for 5-7 minutes until the chia seeds thicken the jam and the mixture to cool down. (The jam will continue to thicken as it cools.)
4. Serve immediately, or transfer the jam to a jar and store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.

🍵Yıllardır böyle olmadım dediğim bir virüs geldi buldu beni. Vardır bir hayır🤷🏻‍♀️
Sağlığımı kaybedince, ışık hızıyla tüm ritüellerime, günlük bakımlarıma geri döndüm. Bebekler gibi bakıyorum kendime 4 gündür 🤗
🍵 Ayurvedik bakış açısıyla, hastalığın ilk günleri “ama”lardan yani toksinlerden arınma önemliymiş. Toksinlerden arınmanın bir numaralı yolu terlemek. Bir diğeri de toksin atmaya destek olan gıdalar tüketmeye başlamak. Benim de aklıma hemen sarımsak ve kekik geldi. 
Sarımsak deyince de sarımsak ile şifalanma konularında uzun emekler veren @glutensizdunyacom un bir tarifini hatırladım. Onun tarifinde bu çorbanın içinde yumurta vardı. Ben yumurtayı tercih etmedim ve çorbayı kendime göre uyarladım. Ve nefis oldu! Gerçekten de hiç de öyle içerisinde yoğun sarımsak varmış gibi bir tat olmadı. Çok çok lezzetli oldu. Kremamsı bir kıvamı var.
Ve en önemlisi, gerçekten genel halime çok iyi geldi. Bu iksirle bizi buluşturduğun için çok teşekkürler @glutensizdunyacom

Yulaf lapası sevmeye başlayanlar kervanına bir isim daha katıldı galiba😅 Bence de gerçekten değişik bir tadı var ama kuruyemiş, meyve ve biraz balla👌 Ben kakaolu yaptım(kuruyemişi biraz abartınca pek gözükmemiş ama🙈 3.fotoğrafta gözüküyor➡️) Kakaosu biraz bol olmuş, hepsini bitiremedim. 6 gün okula gittiğim için sabah kahvaltılarını hazırlamaya zaman ayıramadığımdan 1 dilim kara ekmekle ya çorba ya da tumurta yiyorum(bazen domates-zeytin-peynirle) ama pazarları bundan sonra yulaf yiyebilirim bencee🤤😋 #yulaflapası #yulafezmesi #yulaf #yulaflıtarifler #oatmeal  #oat

Рис свари в пропорции 1:2. На 0,5 стакана риса : 1 стакан воды.
Посоли по вкусу. 
Филе лосося смаж сладкий соевым соусом. Если у тебя нет такого, то можно взять обычный соевый соус с мёдом или соус терияки.
❌ рыбу не соли. Это очень важно. Потому что соус сам по себе солёный. 
Поставь рыбы в разогретую духовку на 180 градусов на 10-12 минут. Зависит от кусочка рыбы. Если такой как на фото то 10 минут вполне достаточно. Но не больше, а то рыба будет сухая. 
Салат: порежь авокадо кубиками, помидорки черри -  пополам, добавь рукколу и заправь оливковым маслом. 
Выложи на тарелку рис, сбрызни совсем чуть-чуть 🤏🏻 оливковым маслом, выложи рядом рыбку и салат 🥗 
Готово 👩🏼‍🍳
