Warm up: 15min incline on treadmill 5min stair master
Part 1: repeat 3x superset second exercise on each session
-single leg medicine ball hamstring curl 25/25 -single leg glute bridge off a medicine ball or bosu ball 10/10
Part 2: repeat 3x
-heavy squats x10
-weighted hyperextension x10
Part 3: repeat 3x
-leg press x10
-stuff leg DL x10
Part 4: x3
-standing hamstring curls 10/10
-reverse hack x15 
Part 5: x3 (heavy heavy)
-glute bridge/hip thrust x15
-leg extension x10 .
