Craving for pizza 🍕
led me to this: mini pizzas, with stuff i had in the house. whole wheat english muffins, left over spaghetti sauce, spinach, garlic, mushrooms, black olives, mozzarella and parm. i don't even miss the meat 🤤
now that third trimester is in full force and i'm seeing the light at the end of the tunnel, i'm easing up a bit on my nutrition plan. still pushing for maximum nutrients (fruits & veggies, whole grains, full f*t dairy), but not beating myself up over treats or worrying about calories as long as the ingredients are whole foods, healthy fats and natural sugars.
i might gain more weight than necessary. but guess what? i don't care. baby will be healthy and plump 😍
