Day 3: community engagement. our large scale cleanups bring local communities together, but that connection extends far past cleaning beaches. it’s about looking out for one another, whether that means embracing environmental stewardship for future generations, or caring for the keiki in need right now. we’re calling on our online community—if you can, please donate to help these amazing community leaders continue to offer free meals for keiki during this time. link in bio to donate. .

they shared their connections, resources, time and energy and we are forever grateful to share that same aloha with our community ❤️. in just one week we served 8,800 meals, 3,100 lbs. of fresh local produce and 7,250 lbs. of pantry bags directly to our keiki during school closures.
before the department of education officially announced the closures, we were already in the planning stages and ready to spring into action anywhere needed but little did we know that this beautiful ohana would come along with us for the ride 🙏🏽☺️🌈. #aloha #mahalo #waianaestrong #luckywelivehawaii
