“cutting vs clean-bulking”
9 months apart between these two pictures ( 2017 and 2018).
ripped, jacked but smaller on the left, bodyweight was around 68kg. (6-7% bodyfat)
coming out thicker and bigger on the right, weighing at 76kg ( 11-12% bodyfat).
lots of adjustment in my training and diet. watching my progress from time to time, learning from my mistakes,
and now.. i’m still learning.. every year gets better and better..
