Why saying YES to the things we  don’t like doing is good 🌟

How many times have you done something you didn’t really want to do to later figure out that it actually wasn’t to bad? 
Think about it... The simplest things as our mom asking for us to go out with the rubbish, helping with the laundry or the dishes. From waking up at 5am in 0° to go to a job we don’t really like. 
One thing all those things have thought me over time is that doing the things we don’t won’t creates an enormous amount of SELF-DISCIPLINE. 
I don’t say that we should live a life full of dissatisfaction, but what I know is that if we have a PLAN we will be the one who’s laughing in the end!
