NOW THIS IS THE REALITY. I use a carb cycle diet and when I'm on my low carb days my meals look like something very similar on the right. I have extremely small amounts of carbohydrates on these low carb days. However recently I have made a few tweaks to my diet and I've added a lot more green and fibre packed veggies to each meal. It not only helps my digestive system they allow me to feel fuller for longer which keeps the bad hormones away and the good hormones higher which is allowing me to lean out a tad quicker. So in a nut shell eat a more balanced meal for overall health, increased hormone levels such as leptin and decreased bad hormone levels such as cortisol.

Ich bin bereit😎✌ nach dem Probelauf in Fulda letzten Samstag war es nun das Ziel für die deutsche Meisterschaft 2-3kg leichter zu kommen und somit auch das restliche Wasser raus zu drücken✌ über Nacht geht sicherlich auch gut was raus💪 ich habe die Woche nochmal Gas gegeben und hoffe, dass es sich morgen auszahlt😊 aber letztendlich egal welche Platzierung es morgen auch werden soll, ich habe alles gegeben und mich 16 Wochen 1:1 an das gehalten was mir mein Trainer gesagt hat und mir nichts verschulden lassen!! Ich habe für mich persönlich bereits gewonnen, weil ich das geschafft habe was ich schon so lange wollte und morgen werde ich es genießen und Spaß haben😊💪 dann gibts auch endlich die Pizza mit Käserand😂😂

Yes it’s only 225lbs on the bar and yes this is heavy for me. Bench press has never been a strong point for within my 2 years of lifting. My squat and deadlift numbers go up fairly easy ranging between 5-10 every other 2 weeks; expect bench. I’ve been stuck at this same weight for about 4 months now with no progress, so if anyone knows how to get me out of this plateau I’ll greatly appreciate because I want to bench 315lbs before this year is over  but anyways

Happy 💪🏼 🍟dayy! 
This week I noticed that weights, that were still decently challenging last week, seemed much easier. So I increased the resistance in most of my exercises which im quite PUMPED about (see what I did there?😈😂)

Although I’m prepping for a competition, my ultimate goal is being strong and athletic. @ashleynocera is the one athlete that I can only hope to be one day🙏🏼 I want to learn to get more creative with exercises and consistently find ways to improve and have fun!
That’s the beauty of bodybuilding and fitness is a constant journey of self improvement and creating who truly want to be. 💙

Algo muito comum nos atendimentos são pacientes com metabolismo totalmente desordenado por conta de dietas altamente restritivas. Seja esta por conta própria ou por profissionais que não deveriam estar elaborando seu plano alimentar (não entrarei nesse mérito).
Mas então quais seriam esses malefícios?
Vamos lá:
- A curto prazo 👉🏽 caso o paciente nunca nunca tenha feito uma dieta e inicia com algo tão restrito, é uma péssima ideia. Primeiro ele precisa entender o que é uma alimentação saudável, nosso corpo necessita de rotina e adaptação pra tudo isso, logo, ele não conseguirá seguir tantas restrições, voltando a ganhar tudo que perdeu e na maioria das vezes até aumentando ainda mais seu peso. Sempre digo que dieta é pra vida toda, e não um mero projeto de 60 dias (sem acompanhamento) com resultados que não serão sólidos. - A longo prazo 👉🏽 Há também aqueles que conseguem seguir essas dietas por um período de tempo maior e aí está nosso grande problema. Pacientes assim, bem acima do peso, com alto percentual de gordura corporal e nessa fase onde a eliminação de peso deveria ser gradual, estará estagnado mais à frente por conta desse tipo de restrição total no início. A maioria acaba entrando em pânico por não ver esse peso diminuir mais na balança e nesse momento é que boa parte decide procurar um profissional da área. Nessa fase, o nutri precisa primeiro reorganizar tudo de errado que está acontecendo com seu corpo.  Então de início não haverá evolução em relação ao peso, mas sim uma preparação para ele voltar a diminuir com saúde e é preciso que o paciente entenda e tenha paciência.
Cabe a nós então avaliarmos todos esses aspectos na consulta e demonstrar ao paciente que o metabolismo dele precisa estar pronto novamente para obtermos resultados satisfatórios e duradouros. Isso requer tempo, paciência e disciplina.
Há, e se você é daqueles que deixa o seu paciente ditar o tipo de dieta e a forma ele quer: low/zero carb, cetogênica, paleo etc. Sinto muito meu amigo(a), mas quem vai ditar somos nós nutricionistas que estudamos para tal função. 😉
