This weeks grocery run! swipe to see my completed meal prep! i planned on posting this last night, but it was dark before i could get a photo of the complete meals 🙄. here’s what i’m having:
breakfast: coffee mixed with protein (my recipe will be posted tomorrow 😋)
morning snack: low sugar oatmeal packet and almonds
lunch: spinach salad with chicken, feta, sunflower seeds, and balsamic vinaigrette. with a side of popcorn and dark chocolate (if i need it).
afternoon snack: larabar before workout (if i need it).
dinner: chicken, green peppers and cheese quesadilla with a low carb tortilla and a side of broccoli and corn.
evening snack: halo top (if i need it)
