this morning my alarm was set for 7:30 with the plan to get up early and get my long to do list done. after snoozing my alarm for 20 minutes i finally turned my alarm off and dozed back off to sleep.
i woke up around 9:00 feeling much more ready to go and started my day! i enjoyed a cup of coffee in my pjs with tucker, then stayed in my pjs and worked my side business helping women start and continue on their fitness journey as they strive for their healthy! (seriously love that i can make a side income in my pjs and it doesn’t even seem like work!!)
it’s important to listen to your body and rest when you need it! today i was so thankful for that extra rest that helped make my day even more productive and i got almost everything checked off my to do list!!
