- so many people think canola oil, popcorn, diet soda, granola, or cereal is #healthy! we all know fast food & candy bars are unhealthy, but the danger for me lies in the foods that parade themselves as “natural” or “healthy,” when in fact they are full of hidden sugar & fillers. .
nutrigrain bars ain’t healthy, my friends. most trail mix, granola & cereals are full of #sugar
& #gluten. recent studies have even shown #glyphosate, better known as round-up in cereals like cheerios & kashi. breads, pastas & dairy, which were heralded as part of a balanced diet for years by the healthcare industry, are some of the most processed foodstuffs out there. gluten, which has been around thousands of years, is setting people off due to unnatural cross breeding & hybridization of the proteins in the bread 🍞 so it is shelf stable & tastes better. cows stand in their own manure up to their udders, which cause infections like mastitis. antibiotics are then required so that there aren’t millions of pus cells in your cows milk. those antibiotics also disrupt your gut #microbiome. sugar is as addictive as c*****e & feeds #cancer. i promise you that letting your children have daily candy is as bad as giving them a cigarette. .
listen, i don’t say any of this to scare you. i want to #empower
you, but that takes work on your part. corporations will do anything to sell to you. just because they have a commercial, doesn’t make them the best. quite the opposite. natural means nothing on a label. even an #organic
label can be misleading! there are organic #junkfood
snacks that shouldn’t be eaten all the time too. turn labels over & read! if you can’t reach into your cupboard & fridge & cook with it, then it probably shouldn’t be in your #food. real food doesn’t have ingredients-it is ingredients! . .
