Beginning of the week lulls aren’t hitting me anymore. you may ask why, and i have a simple answer for you. the reason why it’s not hitting me as hard is because i’ve actually been standing up for myself and doing more human things that i love. i’ve been talking about this in my recent posts, and it’s finally in motion! 🙂
me-time is the most beneficial thing for my work life i would say, and i recommend it for anyone and everyone. less stress throughout the day means more energy to work, and on top of this it means i have the energy to have more “liz” time. .
