Healthy banana bread donuts 🍩
hope you’re all enjoying your weekend! i spent the day inside because it was wayyy too hot to be outdoors. i seriously wish i had a pool 😭 anyways if you have time tomorrow, you gotta make these healthy donuts! they turned out so well and i hope you love them!
recipe: preheat oven to 375 and grease 12 donut tins. in a large bowl combine: 3 ripe mashed bananas, 2 tbsp ground flax, 1 egg, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1/4 cup avocado oil, 1/4 cup unsweetened apple sauce, and 1/4 cup pure maple syrup. mix well and add in 1 cup 1:1 gluten free flour blend ( i used @bobsredmill
) + 3/4 cups almond flour, 1/4 tsp salt + 1 tsp baking powder and mix well. add in 1/2 cup or more of semi sweet chocolate chips. bake for 20 minutes. let cool 5 min and enjoy! xx | #ihartnutrition
