I'm writing this review for the fourth time because i accidentally closed my insta twice and third time, the text disappeared automatically. grhhhh.
part 1- gone girl
so, i've this love and hate kind of relationship with this book but hate outgrows love.
about the book, the first part is as crazy and impossible to read as paula hawkin's #thegirlonthetrain. (that's another story.) i couldn't just force myself to continue but my facebook group friends insisted to keep going. the second part takes pace and unveils the dark side of our sweet amazing amy who's not a ' #coolgirl
' and totally the opposite of our diary amy. amy is a perfect daughter of her perfect rich parents. she's smart, intelligent, brave, and all the synonyms of previously mentioned qualities. her observation, study and calculation of little details will actually explode your mind but you soon gonna realise it's not normal. she plans for one year for nick's, her husband, doomsday who cheats on her. her psychotic behaviour disturbs her relationship with every person who unintentionally or intentionally steps on her foot. and nick is one of them.
what did he do?
showed his truest self which was not according to our amazing amy's standard.
