🎬tomorrow i head off for a solid 6 weeks for work assignments. i took a little time off of travel and i spent the last four weeks working on myself. i completely changed my day to day lifestyle, my eating habits, meditated every day along with either a walk, run or yoga session, i listened to a million podcasts, read a few books, wrote every day, spent quality time with great friends and family, and through this process learned how to better manage the amount of stress in my life.
we always say we don’t have enough time. but the reality is, there’s always time. you just have to make space for it. figure out and prioritize what truly matters to you. i am so grateful for this month and what it has done for me. to realize what i really want. the clarify my intentions. heading into the next six weeks, i’m feeling really excited to create more of what i love and to share beautiful new places with all of you. when’s the last time you did something kind for yourself?
