Transformation Tuesday

Everyoneโ€™s journey looks a little different...hereโ€™s mine.  Picture on the left is from 7/21/18.  I had been lifting pretty hard/heavy for for about 10 months and put on some really dense thick muscle...I could lift a house but couldnโ€™t run a mile without sucking wind.

Picture on the right is from 8/27/18...I had started incorporating more athletic movements into my routine, cut back on the volume of lifts, added additional dynamic cardio and adjusted my macros..Iโ€™m still plenty strong but def in much better cardio shape and getting leaner.
-
My body feels best with a balance of both.  Whatever your personal goals, theyโ€™re def achievable with discipline and a PLAN...donโ€™t be afraid to switch things up if the results youโ€™re getting arenโ€™t what you want!

Iโ€™m not gonna lie
Iโ€™m kind of a crazy person about how I spend my time
I schedule everything M-F down to the minute
Eat, sleep, work & my favorite PLAY
Iโ€™m extremely intentional about who I spend my time with, how I can be most efficient with it
.
Why? Because I know that every minute of this life matters
I know that if Iโ€™m intentional
I can do more
I can create more
I can provide more value to those around me
I can work at building my biz
.
Spending time to commute to a gym was something I cut out a few years aback, along with Netflix, TV, and un-scheduled social media scrolling
.
These are things I personally donโ€™t value ๐Ÿคท๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ
I would much rather schedule a hike or a Shelby date (yes I take myself on dates) or time to WORK on my biz
.
I used to get so caught up on how โ€œbusyโ€ I was, how little time I had
But in reality we all have the same 24 hours, I was simply CHOOSING to spend my time on 45 minute gym commutes and mindless social media scrolling instead of building my business ๐Ÿค™
