Not every workout is going to be the best, but what matters is that you give 100% for that day. keep your intensity high and your blinders on, because that’s how you’ll put yourself one step closer to your goals.
i don’t feel motivated, excited, or energetic going into every workout, but i get it done regardless.
your commitment to giving 100% of your effort, whatever that may mean for that given day, will pay off. results will come!!
it’s not always sunshine and rainbows people, so turn on your little laser focus eyes or whatever and work your b***y off to the best of your abilities every day that you’re in the gym.
