325 lb vs 505... It looks like I’ll be finishing off the year around the 320s I can’t complain. Last year around this time I was 390 so about 65 lbs lost in a year. No crazy strict diet, eating healthy most of the time, still going out to eat with friends and family, parties on the weekend. Heck, I had a burger & drink yesterday...If I know I have a big event coming for example a week vacation then yeah, I’ll be strick because I know I’m eat good for about a week. My goal for 2019 is to actually drop 100lbs reach the lower 200s. I know for a fact I’m need skin surgery. So I plan on putting in the work & doing what I need to do to reach the upper 190s, low 200s (actually meal prepping every single day not just once in awhile)! For 2019 I do plan on being more active on my social media because I do want to document the real struggle of trying to drop 100lbs. You know it’s easy to look cool & want to kill it every single day but that’s just not the case. This is the real world. So join me for the epic/ struggle of making it happen in 2019! So I weighed in this morning. I’ve seen much better but ive also seen worse! At least I’m not completely back to where I was. My lowest weight back in Dec 2015 was about 11.5 st ( about 160 lbs ). My highest in jan 2015 was 16st 9 ( 233 lbs ) I scrolled trough some of my personal photos and saw I weighed 2 st ( 28 lbs ) lighter this January. I’m gutted I’m back to this weight but that’s not going to solve anything. All I can do now is look forward positively and get on with it. First I’m getting back on plan and in January the exercise will follow. I’m excited and equally scared as I know what lies ahead of me but I’m confident I can do this with your help and support which I’m incredibly grateful for ❤️❤️ thank you

Morning trip to the gym - ran a mile, did 15 min on the stair stepper (which is still kicking my ass) and did my first arm workout since I sprained my wrist. Everything felt good and it super helped get rid of the anxiety I’ve had all weekend and today. I wish I could go to the gym in the morning more often - I love that I’m already done and have the rest of the day!

I can’t believe I forgot to post this video from last week! I’m hella proud for 2 main reasons:
1 - We made it to the gym in the rain. And still managed to get some outside work in. 😂
2 - But mostly - I’m SUPER proud for being able to do leg raises on the rings. I’ve officially locked in on phase 1 of ring pull-ups! Slowly but surely, this upper body strength is coming together. 💪🏽 #30daysofdope #30dodworkout #coastfitfam
